K25 in Super 8 cartridge? Is there more of these? I shure would like to shoot few of those films.
Is it processed like K40?

Talking about custom cutted stocks, what happened to those Velvia cartridges? Has anyone shoot any yet?

Mikko  (damn I like this devil smiley! or, is this owl better 8O ?)

Barry,

The sale might not happen but if the price is right, I won't let my sentiments get the way. I also have a 16mm habit to feed. Speaking of which, I am also selling a Reel Trading upgraded K3 Super16 camera. Incredibly rare. Includes a Nikon mount so you can use 35mm SLR lenses which cover the super16 frame without any trouble.

I wanted to mention this camera earlier but this is an 8mm forum. Go to http://www.concentric.net/~jdq/packages.shtml to read more about this gem.

The K25 re-loaded into K40 super8 cartridges is an optional bonus item. I had a batch made up from DS8 K25 stock. I had to wait ~4 months before the job was complete. I have 12 cartridges in my freezer and I'm not giving them away. The results are awesome when shot with the Beaulieu.

Yemi,
16mm habit to fund as well eh? Why didnt you say so! So do I! In that case flog it, (the Beulieu) and downsize to a more convenient S8 camera and plug the 16mm to your capabilities!
I love both gauges and use them on a 'horses for courses' situation.

One of the many reasons I like my regular 8mm cameras is that K25 is regularly available for it. Some even have backwind for effects.

How much??

Yemi,

How much would it cost to get one cartridge loaded with k25.

Is there a website I can go to?

What about processing?

Corey,

The K25 super8 cassettes were a custom job. You certainly won't be able to get a single cassette loaded. I had to supply several 100ft rolls of DS8 film. ( 100ft DS8 = 4 super8 cartridges)

Processing is the same as K40. Send the film to Dwaynes or Kodak.

The most cost effective solution to shoot K25 super8 is DS8. I used to own a Bolex Rex4 DS8 but the small dark viewfinder impossible to use in low light. I preferred shooting shooting with the Canon DS8.

Yup,

It was a major bargain but I scored a great deal on an Eclair ACL and had to give some stuff up.
