these are original CIR splicers made by leo catozzo's factory in rome, but they are rebranded as either ferrania or 3M.
they are in the original boxes, which are incredibly fragile and nearly always have cracks.
i'm in italy but will ship anywhere.(buyer pays shipping).
i also have 8mm splicers which i will put in another post. i don't have any 16mm splicers.

Over the years i've picked these up at flea markets and second hand shops, knowing that somebody out there is getting into small format film and really needs a splicer, and that if i don't save them they will probably end up in the trash. i've been away for a while, but over the years i've sold quite a few here on filmshooting.com, perhaps some of you will remember me.
