Forums, Fora or Fori ?
Just wondered what the plural was, since I post on so many For**
rules
Forum, fori - neutral. It means: square, marcket.
(From Castiglione - Mariotti, Latin vocabulary)
For(um) - nominativo sing.
For(i) - genitivo sing.
Nominativo plur.: Fora
One forum, two fora.
In Italy there is this rulue. If the word comes from a foreign language, it doesn't follow the original grammar rules. Ex. In italian we say: one club, two club (not clubs)
But if the word is latin, it follows the ancient rules: one curriculum, two curricula.
