Cartridge jamming

Hi

I have not really had any jamming issues before but recently I have experienced a few vision 200 cartridges jam. I am using a Nizo 6080, 561 and a Bauer 715XL and they all seem to have this problem, they have worked fine in the past. What can I do? Why do Super 8 cartridges jam?

I've had an increasing problem with jamming carts. I was blaming it on my Canon 814 AZ but I got another 814 and that ones doing it too.
