The copyright holder still holds the copyright though! You have paid for a licence to use the music without paying royalties, this is a seperate issue to the copyright.downloads at are avail 0.99 n registring required i believe is so my guess is that it becomes fully legal from that?
Yeah garageband is surprisingly nice! + really easy to use. I've not used the preconcieved loops really but they seem OK! I've just used it for editing and adding effects to my recorded sounds...
