EKTACHROME VNF 7240

Post by Jacko »

Hi, I was just wondering if Walmart does processing for the Ektachrome VNF 7240 or Plus-X, Tri-X super8 film? I've tried them for K40 processing and it came back nicely. If Walmart doesn't do Ektachrome or the others, does anyone else know of a better place in the US (I live in New Jersey) to get the other types like Ektachrome, Plus-X, and Tri-X processed?

Any help greatly appreciated, thanks!

Wal*Mart does not offer developing services for Ektachrome 7240, Tri-X, Plus-X, or any S8 negative film. Depending on how close you live to New York City, you might want to try Pac Lab for processing of Ektachrome 7240, Tri-X, and Plus-X. They now sell the above stocks with processing included.

You can visit their website here:

Their prices are pretty good, and they have a good reputation--I have heard that the film school at NYU has recommended them. I have dealt with Pac Lab several times in the past two years and with the exception of a lost cartridge of film, I have never had a problem with them.

Good luck.
