First you ask about a Canon 518 SV single 8 camera,
then you sell one that is "your father's" and cannot test it?
You can test your Fujica but cannot test your Canon?
Is this a joke?
Just tell that the camera doesn't work. You may get less money but it helps to sleep at night better.

Untested most of the time means "didn't get it to work". Especially with routine sellers. Or as exposed here with skilled users who want to dump their unusables with a discliamer of not knowing.

How many small format collectors are there in Hungary?

Also because you didn't mention you tested the camera with batteries and it didn't work.
You will always be caught by little lies, so try to be straight and honest.
