1/ The last Led Zeppelin gig at London's O2 was covered on Super-8, processed by Todd AO and now resides in a vault never to be seen.

2/ Dave Stewart had a music video produced entirely shot on Beaulieu 7008 Pro's at 4fps. However it was shelved.

3/ One of the last R16 cameras to be serviced by Beaulieu in France was Stanley Kubrick's Beaulieu R16 which now belongs to a cameraman in the UK.

4/ In the 70's a few H16 RX5 Bolex cameras were converted for half frame pull-down. This allowed the user to shoot in a 2.35:1 aspect ratio using only half of a 16mm frame. Specter projectors were also converted to show this format. One of these cameras is currently owned by a couple who are international film artists. A short film was screened on Channel Four in April 2005 which included footage from this camera.

5/ Tracy Emin shot four rolls of Super-8 for her feature film Top Spot (2004)

6/ On September the 11th 2001 a british film production crew in Brooklyn were filming the New York skyline on 35mm using a long telephoto lens. They filmed one of the planes hitting the twin towers on 35mm. The film crew were then approached shortly after by the FBI and the 35mm film was confiscated.

7/ The Corrs - Live in Geneva 'All the way home' DVD was shot on Super-16 and 300 rolls of Super-8.

8/ The Dali Lama was filmed on Super-8 in 1999 by the BBC.

9/ There was also a Single camera produced that had a half-frame pull-down to shoot scope on the 8mm frame.

10/ Operation Ore in the UK processed a numbered of Super-8 cartridges as part of large police investigation into paedophiles.
