Just saw this pic of Christina Aguilera on the main page of Myspace.(I'm sure someone can identify the camera)
Not sure if this is from a music video or photo shoot. Although it's good to see another Super 8/film camera in the hands of a celebrity. And on a popular site like Myspace is always a good thing and never hurts to promote the small format.

This depresses me. All these cheesey, lame celebrities "wearing" the cameras like fucking accessories. I hope this doesn't get out of hand.
There can be no thought of finishing, for "aiming at the stars" both literally and figuratively is a problem to occupy generations, so that no matter how much progress one makes there is always the thrill of just beginning.
In the series she's also posing with an old victrola record player, wearing a space suit, riding an elephant, wearing a sailors uniform... I mean, come on guys, this is supposed to be fun!
I'm sure that Buzz isn't sitting in front of myspace saying "I can't believe she's wearing a fucking space suit... she's never even fucking been to space..."
Let's just get a kick out of the fact that someone, somewhere thought it was "cool" to hold a super 8 camera, and that it added to the 50's vibe of the picture. I think that was the point. Furthermore, we can give her a break because she had her wedding shot on small gauge.
PS, when you posted the pic HHTK, you cropped out the bottom half. Now, why would you leave out the most important part of the photo?? Dig??
