And proves that politicians are pretty much the same everywhere.

Re: Funny as hell.....
What it is actually is John Clarke (baldy) and Brian Dawe (other bloke) - who do humouress interviews every Friday night on the 7:30 report on ABC TV here in Australia. Clarke is an expat Kiwi - who's lived over here for probably 20 years or more - and he's as funny as hell in my opinion. Dawe is a journalist and the obvious straight man.
They've been doing these interviews for probably 10 years or so - always sending up topics of the week, where Clarke (completely unchanged) takes the part of politician or media identity. Funny thing is he looks so much Dick Cheney but I've never seen him do him.
If you like his humour - check out Death in Brunswick with himself and Sam Neill - he steals the movie. He also wrote a really funny play in the late 80's/early 90's - A Royal Commission into the Australian Economy.
Anyway that's all I know on him! Lecture over! Oh and he was the voice of Wal Footrot in the Footrot Flats movie - and started as Fred Dagg on NZ TV back in the 70's. Anyway I think he's great!
How did you come across this Roger? - I wouldn't be surprised if there were heaps of their interviews on Youtube

LOL! Reminded me of the old Bob and Ray comic interviews if anyone remembers them.
