Wow, cart 5 did better than expected...I thought I was the curse -- guess third time is the charm, eh?
I'm almost afraid to ask how mine came out...
Rick, any comments on the entire cart?
So what is the next step, Philip? Are you getting it telecined in HK?
PS. Almost done with my SE Asian blog -- on the Hanoi section - HK is next. I'll let you know when it's done!

Re: "Pass The Cart" project, Official Thread
I looked once on a little viewer. James' stuff was hard to judge (dim viewer). Chas your roll (ocean waves) looks like it turned out. Pelle your stuff (child blowing bubbles?) definitely turned out, but I have to flag you as the one who over-shot: looks like you shot about 20 feet. My stuff came out, but there's not much of it.CHAS wrote: I'm almost afraid to ask how mine came out...

I am mailing the roll to Lost Coyote Monday (missed the Post office today).

Re: "Pass The Cart" project, Official Thread
I brought this up before, and I understand it may be still a bit early (for some carts, anyway); but, how will the music for each respective short be handled? Obviously it will have to be copywrite cleared and stuff, but should we set up a place where we can upload our sound to? What does everyone else think?

There can be no thought of finishing, for "aiming at the stars" both literally and figuratively is a problem to occupy generations, so that no matter how much progress one makes there is always the thrill of just beginning.

Wasn't Flatwood doing original music?

Oh...CHAS wrote:Wasn't Flatwood doing original music?
I dunno if I like that idea. I shot my piece around a specific piece of music that a friend of mine composed. The music being quite an integral part of the film.

PS: If you (anyone) send me a sound clip please pre edit it to 30 seconds. I welcome contributions to the sound track. Read back through the thread you will see how this developed. If you'd like any information about me as an artist/producer just do a google search on my name, "tabby crabb" and you can get at least part of the picture.

Great! I'm nervous about that cart being in the mail; that the film might be X-Ray'd. This usually does not happen, right? Regardless; Superbus_, the cart should be there soon.

Not too worry... X-Ray don't ham the image according to what Kodak advice... Especially we are using such a slow film as ASA 64.brokenflashlight wrote:Great!
