CHAS, you still hate the Valley? The super 8 capital of the world? :)

Thanks guys! :)
I was blown away by the article -- had no idea Chris was going to profile it on 2 full pages!

On the same day I got it I was sent an e-mail informing me that the Antimatter film fest in Victoria, BC was rejecting my film -- man that hurts because they totally loved "Ennui." This festival process is maddening. 8 rejects so far...waiting to hear from Palm Springs International...

Jim, the shots I showed of the valley are pretty dreadful -- and I shot most of them on the 7240 stock which made it look doubly bad, especially when we telecined it at Spectra (thanks Doug!). Of course, the beautiful westside was shot almost exclusively on Velvia and K40...

Super 8 and the Factory Girl, man she's cute.

I have the May/June in front of me, don't recall seeing anything newer yet, what month is Chas's article in?

It's the Factory Girl cover issue -- "Westsider" review is towards the back!

Two weeks, maybe three, they say the mind is the first thing to go, or is it the second, I don't remember anymore.

Regardless I need to remember to renew my subscription!
