Does this mean YES in German

Hello

I was asking a person on Ebay.de if it was possible to pay with a EU-banktransfer.

He could not answer in English but said this

"EU ÃƒÅ“berweisungen sind mÃƒÂ¶glich."

Does it mean he will accept EU-banktransfer?

ps. mÃƒÂ¶glich is almost the same word as mouldy in swedish. it's a well known mistranslation joke and i'm rather surprised not all swedes knew the meaning of the word.

By the way:

"Da" is Russian for YES, whereas "Nein" is German for NO, so... no it wouldn't have worked

or means either in this case. i.e. "wouldn't yes or no have worked".
