I need help for s8 forum

Greetings-
My user name is 18fps. When I log on, I am shown as a registered member at the bottom of the index. But when I try to post and enter 18fps as username it says name already used. When I try to go to profile, private messages, etc. I am told to login again and nothing happens. What am I doing wrong!?!?!?!? doesn't make sense. Thanks for any help.

Corrected the problem. The system would only allow my original password to be used in certain areas of the board. Changed it and all seems fine. Thanks
