Just out of interest: Has anyone ever established how many pixels you would need to match the molecular structure of 8mm (and 16mm, 35mm, 70mm,...) celluloid?

Having just looked it up on imdbPro, they quote an estimated cost of 75,000 dollars. Unfortunately, they don't have any box office takings (or DVD sales figures, for that matter). I guess 75k makes it 'next to nothing' when compared to other feature films, but it's a lot more than I could afford.

That's really awesome! Very impressed with the wide depth of field during the live concert. Even with an f1.0 lens, I would have never thought that Tri-X could cope in such low light. I need to check out this cross-processing blog.
