Hi, I would suggest either Adobe Premiere Elements or if you're on a Mac just go for iMovie or Final Cut X. Heck, even Moviemaker on Windows would do. Basically all editing programs do the same. Hi Will, Just a short comment: In Norway you are free to make copies for yourself as long as you own a copy of the film (privately). You are not allow to distribute obviously. Hi Steve! If you use Adobe Premiere Pro: I do this all the time in Adobe Premiere. Simply create a new project and a new sequence with your 720x480 (DV NTSC?) as resolution.
