The only down side I see to trying redscale with 16mm film is that if you wanted to project it, the image would be filped horizontaly You could project it via a mirror.. I had never heard of this "redscaling", i have now refilled a single use camera to experiment; lowest-fi so to speak.. ...

There is a fuji replacement for the polapan pro 100 and the color versions.
It's not as nice though, but it works. I used fuji for this:

I had a "pmversation" with BigBeaner and we decided that since he's moving it's better to change the following order for cart #2, so MoonstruckProductions if you can pm me with your address, i'll send the cart to you. BigBeaner should be ok after the 16th so you can probably send the cart ...
