I finally found a working Elmo c300 combination with magazine somewhere back in march/april. I have shot around 700ft of ds8 fomapan r100 already with it. I was actually planning to use it for my big trip to Japan at the same time the Olympics in Tokyo would be hold. It's too bad that didn't happen....

Hello, Does anyone knows how to properly open a single-8 cart without breaking it. I tried to open an empty single-8 sound cart (the film was already pulled out for developing but I wanted to open it), but it seems that the only option to open it is to use razor blade as with opening a super-8 cart....

I have some 20-30 years old Fujichrome RT200 and R25 single-8 sound films, I was plannig to overexpose 1-stop for every 10 years. I heard that Fujichrome doesn't need any compensation in exposure, so does old fujichrome single-8 film needs any exposure compensation? Thanks in advance.
