Striping 64T
The guys at Smallformat Magazine are claiming that 64T cannot be laminate striped, and that Kodak can't explain why there is a problem.
This seems odd, since 64T is acetate based and can be cement spliced.
Before I waste time and money trying this for mayself, does anyone have any other input?

It doesn't need two sets of sprockets because of the design of the sprockets. The teeth are tapered both ways: both at both sides and from the inside, and there is a rim. R8 film sits right down on the sprocket teeth and inside the rim. S8 film sits on the top of the teeth, and on top of the rim ...

One further point with regard to cleaning. It is advisable to clean film at least twice before striping. However, when using pure isopropyl alcohol (propan-2-ol) the second cleaning should be at least 24 h after the first since the first clean seems to 'activate' the emulsion surface.
