My solution was to hold it for a (long) while under the watertap with slighty warm vater and at the same time trying to move it whitout to much force. After a while I could move it. It must have been stuck from not being cleaned after swimm...

Get a new Mac (intel) and install Bootcamp
Then you can run Windows native on the MAC
