Ya thats a pretty good trailer, some spots still feel like you're watching a PBS product but they probably used those filters that are available now and some program.

Ya thats the thing they are so cheap they appear to be able to repair easily... good thing this one isn't my go to camera or anything just a pet project and thinking about using them for snow or rain scenes especially with all the snow that was dumped on us this weekend here.

Kodak Instamatic M12

This is pissing me off, this camera is so simple but wondering if anybody has any experience in M12 repair. It's manual exposure only so the problem I think is power isn't getting to it.

Despite Walmart and Mcdonalds crushing our society think about the good that comes out of walmart: now more younger and maybe older filmmakers or super 8 enthusiast will come out and produce because its so cheap to buy a decent camera and use the walmart processing over anything else. Ohhh man. THis short suceeds on so many levels, such great photgraphy and its quick. I really love German Expressionism so glad to see the style is stick kicking in some form. Narration could've been a better thing but you know what you took the extra step. You voice is sort of spooky yet comical at...

Go to an art store and invest in some different shaded pencils, maybe just by 2 different ones just so when you want to add shadows or shading. Get some sharpies maybe also a fine point, extra fine point and an ...

Theres a lot of different ways of putting the film onto video (called telecine) and you could get it done proffessionally or other methods that are on super 8 man's site or on the link right above on this page (below the shooting 8mm banner and between sound and projecting).
